• Qbitz does not claim ownership of your outputs.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
• Upload or input harmful, offensive, or illegal material.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract code or models.

4. AI Limitations

• The tools generate content based on probabilistic models and third-party data.
• Qbitz does not guarantee factual accuracy, legal compliance, or the suitability of generated content for any particular purpose.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• Qbitz is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use or misuse of the platform or the content it generates.
• Users agree to indemnify Qbitz from claims arising from the use of its tools.

6. Modifications and Updates

2. Client Responsibilities

• Clients agree to provide timely access to relevant platforms (e.g., website, Google Business, social media accounts).
• Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication.

3. Performance Disclaimer

• Qbitz does not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., top rankings, increased traffic) as results depend on third-party platforms and market variability.

4. Intellectual Property

• Clients retain ownership of their original content and data.
• Qbitz retains rights to methods, tools, and templates used to deliver services.

5. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Qbitz is not liable for platform outages, algorithm changes, or decisions made by third-party services (e.g., Google, Meta).
• Qbitz is not liable for losses or damages resulting from content use, client edits, or lack of implementation.

7. Termination & Cancellation

• Services are billed monthly. Clients may cancel with 14 days' notice.
• Qbitz reserves the right to end services for nonpayment or abuse of services.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the State of Florida.
