This Privacy Policy explains how Qbitz Incorporated ("Qbitz," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information when you use Qbitz.io and related Qbitz applications, services, software, autonomous agents, and tools (collectively, the "Service").

Qbitz is a Delaware corporation registered to do business in Florida. Our current business address is 7901 4th St. N, Ste. 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. Privacy questions may be sent to support@qbitz.io.

1. Our Privacy Principles

Qbitz uses customer information to provide and operate the Service. We do not operate a data-brokerage or advertising business.

We do not sell or rent personal information.
We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own advertising or marketing.
We do not use personal information to target third-party advertising.
We disclose information to service providers only as needed to operate, secure, support, or fulfill functions requested through Qbitz, or as required by law.
We give users tools to access or export their Qbitz data and to delete some or all of it.

2. Information We Process

Depending on how you use Qbitz, we may process:

Account information: information used to create and authenticate your account, such as your name, email address, account identifiers, and authentication information.
Business and profile information: information you provide about your business, industry, location, audience, products, services, preferences, brand, goals, or workflows.
User content: prompts, instructions, documents, images, audio, video, customer-provided data, campaign information, and other materials you submit to the Service.
Generated content: articles, messages, images, videos, audio, campaign materials, analyses, recommendations, agent outputs, and other content created through the Service.
Communications data: email addresses, message content, campaign information, and delivery metadata when you use Qbitz to create or distribute communications.
Service and security data: technical information reasonably necessary to operate, protect, troubleshoot, and secure the Service, including information processed by our infrastructure providers.
Transaction information: limited information necessary for us to know that a subscription or transaction occurred. Payment credentials are processed through Stripe rather than stored by Qbitz.

3. How We Use Information

We process information to:

create and administer accounts;
provide requested Qbitz features and autonomous agent functions;
generate, store, organize, and distribute customer content and media;
perform actions that a user has authorized through the Service;
process subscriptions and confirm payment status;
provide support, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and protect the Service;
comply with applicable legal obligations; and
improve Qbitz using operational information and, where described below, de-identified or aggregated information that is not maintained in a form reasonably capable of identifying an individual.

4. Where Qbitz Data Is Stored

Qbitz is designed so that persistent account data is organized around the individual user account and can be deleted through our automated account and data-management tools.

Google Firebase / Firestore: used for account authentication and persistent application data.
Supabase: used for persistent storage of generated media and related assets, including images and final videos.
Stripe: used to process payments. Qbitz does not store your complete payment-card or bank credentials in its own application database.

5. Service Providers and AI Processing

Certain Qbitz functions require information to be processed by third-party service providers. We provide only the information reasonably necessary to perform the requested function.

Google Firebase: authentication and application data storage.
Supabase: media and asset storage.
Stripe: payment processing, transaction security, and fraud prevention.
OpenAI: language-model processing for Qbitz agents and related functionality. Prompts, instructions, relevant context, and generated responses may be processed by OpenAI when required to perform a requested task.
Google Gemini: AI processing and media-generation functions. Relevant prompts, files, or content may be processed by Google when required to perform a requested task.
Runway: video and related media-generation functions. Relevant prompts, images, video, and production materials may be processed by Runway when required to perform a requested task.
Resend: email delivery and related messaging functions. Recipient addresses, message content, and delivery metadata may be processed by Resend when you use Qbitz to send email.

These providers operate under their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and data-retention requirements. Their processing may occur in jurisdictions outside your country of residence.

6. Information About Other People

Business users may provide Qbitz with information relating to their own customers, prospects, employees, contacts, or other third parties. In those situations, the Qbitz customer determines why the information is being processed and instructs Qbitz how to use it. The customer is responsible for having the rights, notices, permissions, consents, or other lawful basis required to provide that information to Qbitz and to use it for the requested purpose.

7. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We generally retain Qbitz account data while your account remains active so that your workspace, projects, media, preferences, and related information remain available to you.

Qbitz provides automated tools that allow users to request a copy of their data and to delete some or all of their Qbitz data. When an account is deleted, Qbitz removes the user-scoped persistent data and associated media under Qbitz's control and initiates deletion from the services we use to store that data.

Service providers may retain limited information temporarily in backups, security logs, fraud-prevention systems, abuse-prevention systems, or where retention is required by law, according to their own applicable terms and retention practices. Qbitz does not use such provider-retained information for marketing or advertising.

To avoid indefinitely storing abandoned accounts and media, Qbitz may delete an account and its associated Qbitz data after approximately twelve consecutive months of inactivity. We will provide advance notice using the account contact information before an inactivity deletion. Signing in or otherwise reactivating the account resets the inactivity period.

8. Future De-identified System Intelligence

Qbitz may in the future use de-identified or aggregated information to identify generalized patterns involving matters such as industries, geographic regions, workflows, campaign behavior, or other system-level trends. Such information would be separated from direct personal identifiers and would not be maintained for the purpose of identifying or targeting an individual user.

Qbitz does not currently use customer information for this future intuitive-guidance functionality. If we introduce this functionality, we will update this Privacy Policy and notify users before the new use begins.

9. Cookies and Tracking

Qbitz does not use cookies or similar technologies for third-party advertising, cross-site behavioral tracking, or the sale of personal information.

Third-party providers may use cookies, local storage, device information, or similar technologies when technically necessary for authentication, security, fraud prevention, payment processing, or other requested functionality. For example, Stripe may use such technologies as part of its payment-security and fraud-prevention systems. Those technologies are governed by the applicable provider's terms and privacy practices.

Google Analytics

Qbitz uses Google Analytics on qbitz.io to measure website traffic and usage, understand how visitors interact with the site, monitor performance, and improve the Service. Google Analytics may process information such as page views, events and interactions, browser and device information, referring pages, and approximate geographic information. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar identifiers to provide these measurement functions.

Qbitz does not intentionally send Google Analytics direct identifiers, account credentials, message content, or other information that Google could use or recognize as personally identifiable information. Google and Qbitz may act as independent controllers of information processed in connection with Google Analytics where the applicable Google terms provide for that relationship.

Where required by applicable law, Qbitz will provide clear notice and obtain consent before Google Analytics stores or accesses non-essential cookies or similar information on a user’s device. Users may manage cookies through their browser or device settings and may use available Google Analytics opt-out controls. We do not circumvent Google Analytics privacy features.

10. Your Privacy Rights and Controls

Depending on where you live, privacy law may provide rights concerning your personal information. These may include the right to access, obtain a portable copy, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and complain to an applicable privacy authority.

Qbitz provides in-product controls for data access/export and deletion. You may also contact support@qbitz.io with a privacy request. We may take reasonable steps to verify that a request relates to the correct account before acting on it.

Qbitz does not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights. Because Qbitz does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no Qbitz sale or advertising-sharing program to opt out of.

11. Legal Bases for EEA and UK Users

Where the European Economic Area or United Kingdom data-protection laws apply, Qbitz generally relies on the following legal bases:

Contract: processing necessary to provide the Service you request.
Legitimate interests: operating, securing, maintaining, supporting, and improving the Service in ways that do not override your rights and interests.
Consent: where we specifically ask for consent for optional processing.
Legal obligation: where processing or retention is required by applicable law.

12. International Processing

Qbitz is based in the United States and uses service providers that may process information in the United States and other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, Qbitz and its service providers rely on legally recognized transfer mechanisms or contractual protections as applicable to the service involved.

13. Security

Qbitz uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but Qbitz's architecture is designed to limit persistent data, isolate user data, rely on established infrastructure providers, and make user-controlled deletion practical.

14. Children

Qbitz is intended for adults and business users. You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Qbitz account. We do not knowingly offer the Service to children under 18.

15. Required Disclosures

Qbitz may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, court order, or a valid governmental request; when necessary to protect the rights, safety, or security of Qbitz, our users, or others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of substantially all relevant business assets, subject to applicable privacy obligations.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Qbitz develops or legal requirements change. If we make a material change, we will notify users through the Service, by email, or through another reasonable account notification method before or when the change takes effect. The current effective date will always appear at the top of this page.
